  कानूनी धारा सूची | IPC Sections List भारतीय दंड संहिता के तहत अपराधों के बारे में सभी धाराओं वाली सूची की इस पीडीएफ़ में धारा संख्या 109 से लेकर 511 तक सभी धाराओं की संख्या, उनके तहत दिये जा सकने वाले दंड की परिभाषा, संज्ञेय या असंज्ञेय, जमानतीय या अजमानतीय, किसी न्यायालय द्वारा विचारणीय है आदि की जानकारी उपलब्ध है। इस अनुसूची में “प्रथम वर्ग मजिस्ट्रेट” और “कोई मजिस्ट्रेट” पदों के अंतर्गत महानगर मजिस्ट्रेट भी है, किन्तु कार्यपालन मजिस्ट्रेट नहीं है। “संज्ञेय” शब्द “कोई पुलिस अधिकारी वारंट के बिना गिरफ्तार कर सकेगा” के लिए है और असंज्ञेय शब्द “कोई पुलिस अधिकारी वारंट के बिना गिरफ्तार नहीं करेगा” के लिए है। भारतीय दंड संहिता के तहत प्रावधान भारतीय दंड संहिता ने यह निर्धारित किया है कि क्या गलत है और इस तरह के गलत करने के लिए क्या सजा है। यह संहिता इस विषय पर पूरे कानून को समेकित करती है और उन मामलों पर विस्तृत होती है जिसके संबंध में यह कानून घोषित करता है। संहिता के महत्वपूर्ण प्रावधानों का एक अध्याय-वार सारांश निम्नानुसार रखा गया है:  1. अध्याय IV – सामान्य अपवाद आई.पी.सी. अध्याय चार

  The Disasters Management Act, 2005 [ edit ] Main article:  Disaster Management Act, 2005 The Disaster Management Act was passed by the  Lok Sabha  on December 12 2005 and by the  Rajya Sabha  on 28 November 2005. It received the assent of the  President of India  on 2005 December 23. The Act calls for the establishment of a National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), with the Prime Minister of India as chairperson. The NDMA has not more than nine members at a time, including a Vice-Chairperson. The tenure of the members of the NDMA is 5 years.
